Luke joined PPS in 2003 following the completion of a Bachelor of Business Management (International Business / Marketing) from Queensland University of Technology. Alongside Bob, Luke managed several projects ranging in scale from 20 townhouses projects through to 120 unit retirement villages.
In 2006 Bob and Luke authored and published “Residential Real Estate Development: A Practical Guide for Beginners to Experts” which sold successfully both in Australia and overseas.
Whilst never straying too far from his property development roots, in 2007 Luke began developing a financial planning client base following completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Services from the Finance and Securities Institute of Australasia. Having progressed to become a partner in one of Brisbane’s leading financial services firms, Luke sold his stake in the business in 2014 to return to PPS on a full-time basis.
Luke’s principle responsibilities include arranging debt and equity funding for PPS projects along with managing investor relations and general management of the business.
