PPS is a multi faceted business that provides a comprehensive suite of services incorporating property development, property development education and mentoring and property investment.
PPS was founded and is directed by Bob Andersen who has over 28 years experience in the development, investment and marketing sectors of the property industry. Throughout this time Bob has been involved in over $1 billion worth of property development projects.
At present, PPS have projects underway totalling well over $100 million in value and ranging in location from Victoria to North Queensland.
Bob Andersen
Managing Director
Bob Andersen is the founder and principal of PPS and its parent company, established in 1981 as a property development and investment company.
Bob has over 28 years of experience in the development, investment, finance and marketing sectors of the property industry. Throughout this time Bob has been involved in over $1 billion worth of property development projects.
Over this time he has held both state and national management positions with some of Australia’s largest development companies. Bob has developed high rise buildings, commercial buildings, retirement complexes, student accommodation complexes, land subdivisions, townhouses and units.
Bob is regularly featured and interviewed in the Australian Property Investor magazine and is the resident expert on property development on the Bricks and Mortar question forum. Bob helped format and was featured in all 12 episodes of the most popular feature ever- the Small Development Guide.
Bob has been a key note speaker in delivering a number of papers to property industry bodies on the development and management of a variety of retirement products. Bob recently delivered a number of lectures with Professor Helen Bartlett, former head of the Australasian Centre on Ageing at the University of Queensland, to members of the Planning Institute of Australia in regards to types of retirement products, legal structures and planning issues in developing retirement villages.
Ben Smith
Project Manager
Ben has an extensive back ground in property. Right from the early years Ben assisted his Dad in a number of substantial renovation projects in South East Queensland while he was still at School. After studying Engineering at the University of Queensland Ben started his first business in 1999 and before long started investing in property. From there he started his own development company and 12 successful projects later, Ben started branching out into larger projects
Having started working with Bob in early 2007 Ben has broadened his knowledge and experience in property development, having gained a through understanding of the core disciplines.
Ben has experience in developing sub-divisions, unit blocks, townhouses and major renovations. He currently has over $24 million of projects under his management.
Outside of property development, Ben is the President of SOH Radio Inc, a not for profit organisation which raises awareness on issues such as human rights.
